Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Shipping
Orders are currently shipped within the United States. Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $5. Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has been prepared for shipment.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates. The Peptide Pair is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact The Peptide Pair promptly and provide the order number along with photographs of the package and affected item so the issue can be reviewed.
Returns
Due to the nature of our research materials, returns of opened, used, or otherwise compromised products are not accepted. Requests concerning unopened products will be reviewed individually. Authorization must be obtained before returning any product.
